Great product for enterprise and major customers. A very helpful product for midmarket, but pricing can be difficult to afford at times.

However, when there are 13 applicants for a first-line manager role and only one is internal interested in stepping into leadership due to the toxic leadership culture, it forces the company to look externally for candidates.
