Current Employee My overall experience has to be clustered in time. When I started it was the most amazing company I've ever worked at with a rock-solid team-spirit and ease of going about stuff. Commissions were great, work was a lot and hard, but we did it togehter and celebrated together.
More and more, this has been shifting towards a more corporate environment with blaming, sticking to what your comp-plan says and this kind of behaviour.
On the other hand, the product is awesome. Not perfect, but I always enjoy selling it!
