Former Employee I believe the CDP Market can be perceived as challenging and not a high priority on organization’s list. I think it’s complicated and expensive to most companies, especially in a down a market, causing a longer than expected sales cycle. This of course created a very poor sales culture and management there of. Favoritism based on things outside of performance and not very welcoming. That was my experience.
