really enjoy working at TeamTailor. The culture is supportive and collaborative, which makes it easy to feel part of a strong team. Every day I get to connect with companies and show them how our platform can simplify and improve their hiring process. It’s rewarding to see the impact we make for clients, and I feel motivated to grow and learn here. The balance between independence and teamwork makes it a great place to work.

Very bad commission structure and base pay. It doesn't really pay off to make efforts on outbound, as inbound is non-existent.
