Solid company, largely depends on the business unit or products selling . Some products are super old, with a bit of new. Lots of acquisitions.

Product is very good, but financials have changed significantly since product launched, creating challenges for on-going use at those historical levels.

Leadership gets in their own way not being progressive or growing the products they acquire. Teleflex is great with acquisition but not great with execution with the reps and product integration. Leadership has said that they are fine being in the minor league world.
