Current Employee Templafy is a bit of an enigma. The product fit is incredible and is adored by some of the largest companies in the world. However, the culture is stale, the compensation structure makes little sense, the onboarding is nonexistent, and goals are quite frankly, unreachable, unless you are blessed with one of the top books of business (don't press your luck). For a company that produces such an impactful product, you'd think that they would reinvest in their employees, but instead they saddle them with pointless busywork and take valuable time out of everybody's days and away from selling. The foundation for something great is here, but leadership needs to get serious and put some processes and guardrails in place.
