Current Employee3.1Feb 13, 2024Upper management is blind to what really works on the sales floor. They only look at numbers and not what unique skills individuals bring. They use some scare tactics to drive selling. Having said that, product is still in demand and always get the tech wins. Channel is great and drives business but growth isn't taken seriously.
