Teradata has a long way to go in terms of product. It's about a 6 - 18 month sales cycle, and new logo growth is anemic. Most revenue is generated from existing Fortune 1000 customers. Recent partnerships with AWS, Microsoft, Accenture, and other GSI's have helped, but Snowflake and Databricks continue to eat market share. They also have a more land-and-expand friendly product.
