Terminus is in a tough spot, but time should turn things around. The new CEO (Rich) is maniacal about product innovation, which will put Terminus way out in front of competition, but it will take some time to get there. Biggest current struggle is a market who buys this product hoping it is a silver bullet, but never puts in the time to learn how to be successful...and ABM takes A LOT of effort to make it successful. There is plenty of grace given for learning the role and fighting through missing targets, but targets have not been adjusted to meet reality. If interviewing, ask for real data on how many reps hit quota to set your expectations right (vs getting happy ears that the OTE is so high).
