My overall experience was great at the beginning and horrible at the end when I decided to leave. Too many projects get pulled due to the companies wanting to leave the pipeline. Nothing is stable, and you will pay for it with your mental health. In the almost two years of working there I can’t count how many times I’ve witnessed my fellow SDRs get yelled at, berated, talked down to and threatened over things that’s not in our control. My team got put on a project and the managers ended up making the incorrect field for us to call out to, once that got noticed they actually yelled at us as if we crated the list to call. I’ve seen the best of the best leave here after feeling helpless when what we say gets ignored.

They’re a good company, just depends on where you see yourself in 5 years. No real way to promote to AE. Tons of awesome people here

My overall experience started out great. I was able to learn a bunch of new techniques from other employees. As the company started to grow. The disconnect between upper management and lower management became more obvious. There would be weeks and even consecutive months the whole group would be struggling to gain new meetings.
