Leaders are smart, helpful, and kind -willing to jump in and help on calls, coach strategy, offer support- but also overwhelmed by the chaos. No internal sales promotions in over a year, no clear path to career growth (though they say this is being addressed). Two of the ~15 SMB reps consistently are at goal. Promising future, very difficult present
