We were acquired by Therapy Brands and subsequently acquired by KKR. They renamed the company to Ensora Health. They have a ton of great leaders and great products. Sales opportunities are available; however, you must work hard and take on extra responsibilities to advance.

Comp plan is reasonable, but the quoting process changed dramatically after Q1, making it almost impossible to hit quota. It seems like C-suite and Sales leadership are working to reduce the impact this has on sellers, but the short term hit was substantial to quota attainment, actual OTE, and compensation.
