Not a strong or structured sales environment. No room for growth, and the leadership continued to change over multiple times in a short span. Comp plan is reasonable, but the quoting process changed dramatically after Q1, making it almost impossible to hit quota. It seems like C-suite and Sales leadership are working to reduce the impact this has on sellers, but the short term hit was substantial to quota attainment, actual OTE, and compensation.
