I would say it has not been great. They listed the position as a consultant. But it is a sales role. You are constantly screening and onboarding individuals for various investment projects and need to sell the individual on the project you are working on.

This company is a revolving door and everyone is just a number. AI can easily replace this company / role. If AI doesn't kill the industry first then the government will create policies that will effectively kill it.
