Change is inevitable and this organization is not bad but it makes changes frequently through acquiring new companies and selling off portions of their current business. This is about the bottom line but it makes many employees have to adapt to new roles on a consistent basis which can be a bit chaotic. Overall it is a good culture and the diversity and inclusion is a priority it is a good place to start your career.

There are segments in the business that have great culture and opportunity (i.e. Government), however other segments have challenges with culture in pockets. Many of the segments have very high quotas with high expectations and often performance mange people out quickly.
