Tons of legacy products that work "fine. " Products like SurePrep. GoFileRoom, Ready 2 Review are getting too expensive for firms under 10ish folks. Legacy products dont get much love but the push for AI is HUGE. Everchanging sales landscape - always trying to pitch the same products year in and year out to firms who've customers for 10, 15, 30+ year. They're sick of it.
