Current Employee3.4Oct 9, 2025I’ve enjoyed my time working at TR and have learned a lot. Historically the culture has been great but the vision for the future is getting lost and it’s becoming increasingly harder to hit quota.

Former Employee2.7Aug 13, 2023Decent pay, very high stress, quotas were quotas so there was never truly time off. Comp plan is scaled so if you leave prior to the end of the year you end up being extremely under paid.

Former Employee3.7Jul 19, 2024Your success is completely dependent on territory because the product is a market leader. Management toes the company line that all territories are equal which is patently ridiculous. Monthly quotas mean you will not be taking more than a couple days off at a time if at all. Otherwise it's great.
