Current Employee Here at Thomson the sales culture and senior leadership is absolutely horrible. TR is a finance driven company and has zero sales culture. They could really use to benefit from having sr leaders who know what it’s like to sell and don’t just look at red and black on a spreadsheet. Current Employee Seems like the target keeps getting pushed further and further away
