Great experience. I made Rookie Of the Year in 2022 and made well above the average OTE. If development, leadership and training is what is most imporant to you, then this is not a good fit. But if you want to make more money than you maybe ever have in a short period of time, this is a great fit. Just be prepared to not take many days off at all in order to do that. Overall, I lovd the company and they did their part by continually developing products based off of customer feedback as well as listening to the market.

It's going downhill, a lot more micromanagement and reduction in incentives. Leaderships only contribution is demanding updates and forecast data, no help whatsoever in the sales process.

The top performers are accessible and quick to help. Leadership cares but from tier three and over the insight into the org is minimal to the point of absent.
