I supported the CLEAR product and for finding and identifying individuals law enforcement was looking for its was the market leader. There was not alot of effort put into developing SDR/BDR's at the time, even when I asked.

Decent pay, very high stress, quotas were quotas so there was never truly time off. Comp plan is scaled so if you leave prior to the end of the year you end up being extremely under paid.
