This company has the worst culture you will find in SaaS. Leadership is full of bullies, will be regularly called on your personal cell know outside of personal hours to be yelled at about almost anything. Customers leaving as fast as they come in as the company has been so stripped of any backend operations to make customers successful. Strongly advise to do your research if you are considering joining ThoughtSpot.

Leadership is not great, however, since the product is in a space where there is a lot of enthusiasm currently, Customers want to have conversations with you.
