The culture at Thrive was over-promised and under-delivered. Support was lacking after the transition, and they promised a lot but delivered very little. On top of that, we were in the middle of a new acquisition, and the sales team was being led by an engineer with zero sales sense. It was just a bad setup overall.

My experience has been great but the training and development is lacking. They are looking for experience and if you don’t have that it’s difficult to succeed.

Lot of talk about culture but reality is there is none. Growth mainly due to numerous acquisitions. Not a place to grow a career, unless you have friends in high places
