Leadership since the reorg in spring is absolutely unbearable. Lots of fear based leadership, constant threats that you will be fired if you don't hit your number, and an incredibly negative culture.

Good opportunities internally to get promote with less experience. Operates like a start-up so lots of opportunities to make an impact. However they truly do hire anyone which means you'll often be uninspired by your colleagues and leaders
