Most leaders are really good, however goals are unrealistic with about 20% in my org hitting quota in 2023. Too many reps and not enough good accounts to go around. If you land in a good patch you'll make a killing if you don't you'll fight tooth and nail for opportunities. Horrible commission...Read More
