Toast is a great company. The Landscape is getting more and more competitive and the OTE doesn't seem to align with hitting 100% or exceeding it which is confusing. Your territory is everything and it is hard to do a remote role prospecting restaurant owners. Outside/field reps will be able to close more deals and make more money but demand a lot more interaction, time, effort, driving etc.

Been pretty great so far. The market is getting tighter as competition is closing the gap, from a tech perspective and our quotas are becoming increasingly more difficult to hit.
