Toast has a great product and a majority of customers like it. However upper management is lost, shrinking territories and raising quotas every year and wondering why quota attainment is at an all time low.

There is a good opportunity to make in the mid-100's. A lot of reps are not hitting quota, but there is a lot of geographical variation in performance.
