Current Employee4.1May 24, 2025Overall at about a year and we have the best product and great training. There are close to no inbounds with no BDR help so you’re working 70+ hours per week just to try get by. Good thing is you don’t fired for missing quota but management can be overbearing as well

Former Employee3.7Dec 5, 2024When interviewing the term uncapped commissions was use with the idea that even though there is a low base pay that the OTE would exceed 200K however in my territory of 8 reps only 2 reps hit over 140K in the two years I was there
