There is so much upside to being a rep with Toast. The compensation structure is set up for you to make residual income on credit card margins which is a large part of your comp going past your 1st year. Most reps hit OTE and the product is top notch. Great culture, but need to be ready to work hard and be a leader in your market to drive inbounds and referrals
