Very solid company but a bit micromanaged from the top down. Great product but highly competitive landscape with lots of internal pressure to exceed quotas with very little lead flow. Overall, learned a lot but wasn't the right industry for me.

Negative. Was promised a local territory time and time again from sales leaders who don't actually understand sales - they understand the product. Travel was expected far over 50% of the time to keep a decent pace, 100% of the time to fairly stack up against my teammates. The culture that was once highly acclaimed has died - Don't fall for the current state.

I'm an inside AE and I've come to realize quickly that TAM assignment plays a HUGE role in quota attainment. There's only so much prospecting you can do but if there's no traction in your TAM, there's not much you can do about it
