Current Employee3.3Feb 18, 2025Toast is a great organization with great people. However, on the sales side there are a lot of changes that have effected the reps for the worst. Toast is a public company with investors and board members, and it is operated to benefit them the most and the reps come 4th or 5th on prioritization.

The sale is easy- existing customers just upselling products that are innovative/ work great, with unlimited pto- they tell you to aspire for 20 calls per day but I don’t know anyone that needs to hit that to be successful here. Great wlb, feel incredibly lucky to work at a place like this
