Whether a customer was mis-led by sales, pushed off by project management, or forgotten about by service it was up to CSMs to fix their issues, and push out a positive review. It's a bit like polishing the same turd every single day.

Growth is not planned and working as a CSM your job is to clean up people's messes and the lies they told to close deals. As fraudulent as some of their behaviour is they are still one of the most reputable solar outfits in the region.
