Overall experience was solid. Top earners can make real money but the future of this company and solar in general is questionable. Leadership is terrible. This companies reviews are horrible from customers making it hard to close and install deals.

There is no job security or structure at this organization. Growth is not planned and working as a CSM your job is to clean up people's messes and the lies they told to close deals. As fraudulent as some of their behaviour is they are still one of the most reputable solar outfits in the region.

CSM team was expected to pick up the slack for the rest of the organization. Whether a customer was mis-led by sales, pushed off by project management, or forgotten about by service it was up to CSMs to fix their issues, and push out a positive review. It's a bit like polishing the same turd every single day.
