Can't figure out how this org isn't rating much higher. There's so many smart people here, fully remote, generous base compensation. Everyone is so welcoming. I'm thinking disgruntled laid off employees left the lower ones. Every sales org has reps that just aren't built to sell. A players, B players, C players, and layoffs. Nowhere is perfect. but this place is EONS beyond my last org.

Toptal is a fast paced organization with extremely talented people working here. Everyone is involved even though we are fully remote and the support received in my role is second to none.
