Limited product offerings and not willing to invest in support infrastructure limited the upside. Management talks a good game, but not able to stand up to those promises when the rubber meets the road. Overall it was a disappointing experience.

Over all a poor sales organization structure. A relative few elite SAE’s (Too 10%) control 85% of the account base. Newer reps are unable to gain momentum and almost never make quota.
