The company had pretty low comp, the commission was very volatile (even given the line of work). Very niche SaaS, so it leans more on restaurant experience than it does software experience.

Good company to step into tech sales. Great training programs and tech stack to do the job. They have managed to create a great culture and managers are encouraging and supportive. That said, you do need to perform after your ramping period otherwise you might be put on a pip.

I've enjoyed my time at TouchBistro. It has been a great way to transition my years of restaurant experience into a job in sales.I've been successful in my role, but it's been really inconsistent as far as messaging goes, and knowing what tangibly will help me to get promoted.

My overall experience has been good. This is a great company to start/boost your sales career. The culture's a great factor that makes it attractive and the sales training program it's very good.
