Good company to step into tech sales. Great training programs and tech stack to do the job. They have managed to create a great culture and managers are encouraging and supportive. That said, you do need to perform after your ramping period otherwise you might be put on a pip.

Overall good experience for learning a BDR role with decent training and development, but the selling environment is difficult with only about 10-15% of reps hitting quota regularly.
