The company painted a good picture to new joiners, but the reality fell far short of the promise. Very poor leadership by the CEO and his team at the time.

May have been bad timing, but the product would only sell under certain criteria that a small percentage of prospects met. Quota was unattainable and looking back at previous quarters in SFDC confirmed nobody reached even half of it.
