A lot of the people in the US are great, but the US is totally disconnected from the BCN HQ, they do not put enough effort into ensuring there is better product market fit in US. A lot of discrepancy in pay among teams. Recently there was a round of promotions where there were no pay increases.

My overall experience is good. The work/life balance is pretty decent - however with rapid growth and processes lagging, the market is starting to appear quite saturated.
