Current Employee I won't lie to you - a select FEW reps who have spent the adequate time understanding the product, the technicals, the competition, and the pricing really excel, but it's about 4-6 people total who put in this effort.
I'd say about 15% of reps hit or exceed their target and 50% of reps are below 50% attainment.
If you're good and you know you're good you'll excel, but be prepared for a challenging ramp.
