Lots of install base customers to target and work with.. however as an AE you are constantly justifying to the customers why you should talk to them. Trellix are not an innovative cyber player, about 5 years behind the competition and many customers are actively trying to remove Trellix. Think of the challenges this poses.

Internally, one of the challenges in 2024 is their stepped commission approach. They establish your Base Commission Rate for 1-100% and from there, you only get 70% of it for 1-50% of quota attainment and then 51-100%, they pay at 130%. Great if everyone is...Read More
