Awful. Sales Consultants are SDR here. Insane turnover. No external hires are successful. Leadership has no idea how to run a successful organization.

Great company. Excellent resources. Work life balance is awesome. There are a lot of guard rails and hoops to jump through to get deals across the line.

TriNet is an HR outsourcing company, and like most HR outsourcing companies, it has terrible HR practices for its employees.
