Current Employee TriNet does a great job during the onboarding and initial training of getting you comfortable with the market. The actual job can be a grind as prospecting is the name of the game, and businesses do not seem interested in learning more. There are times where we can’t work with certain businesses due to the health benefits, and that can be frustrating.
If you can prospect, build your referral system, and get past the initial 1-2+ years of nonstop prospecting then you might be successful.
