CEO does not seem to understand the market. Growth through acquisition with little care for existing products. Acquired products have poor integrations with each other 4+ years in the portfolio.

Company has no structure. They have a new plan every 3 months and never allow time to implement any changes. No culture at all… Upper management has no clue what they are doing and drag everyone along. Some Colleagues are fine though …

Constant changes, haven’t felt so unsure at an organization, but direct leadership is great, office culture is great, team culture is great. Potential to earn could be there but now they hiring more SDR, BDR’s for “specialty” products which makes it harder. Something will give, but that something doesn’t make me feel secure in my job.
