Former Employee Consumption based model means earning potential can one day be huge, however it will take a very long time to see that reward.
You get zero inbounds. Don’t try lie in interviews and say you’re happy to PG if you’re not. You will have to PG every day, it is part of the sales culture.
You will learn a lot, the EMEA leadership team is world class and committed. Make sure you are ready to apply yourself and learn the playbook.
