They changed the promotion structure last quarter which extended the AE path 12 months which drastically changed the whole sdr organization. SDR leaders refuse to admit to themselves there was a major change and ever since the turnover as doubled. 0 inbound leads, they got more strict about what is considered a successful meeting that gets you a point for quota, rumor has it that it will be fully in person soon (the expense team already is 100% in person), and AE turnover is extremely high. Nobody is happy here except for the few enterprise AEs who are experts. They have been telling people they’re going to IPO for so long so people stick around but it’s not going to happen soon. Do not work here

I love Navan and my role but know it is a difficult position and not a simple role. Navan's best opportunity is with the leadership and ability to reach promotions with hard work.

Leadership is extremely toxic. I’ve seen bullying first hand by SDR managers as well as NN VP’s. Political game is more than 50% of the job. Would not recommend to anyone unless you’re strictly in it for the money.
