Leadership doesn't understand or respect enterprise sales. Enterprise sales leaders struggle to gather resources for their teams to be successful and to compensate, celebrate and develop their people. Keep an eye on Navan though - If the founders leave and a low-ego CEO takes over there will be a massive opportunity for enterprise sellers.

Had a great experience selling the platform and working with coworkers. Comp plan had positives but also had activation requirements that could sometimes be outside of your control.
