Avoid working here. Major turnover. Every SDR is actively looking for new jobs. The commercial AEs all hate it too. Consider other jobs unless this is your only option

Very sink or swim organization. They are constantly hiring because people are constantly leaving. External AE hires rarely workout here because of the extreme dependence on outbound prospecting required to be successful.
