Great place to cut your teeth. Not a great reputation in the market with others seeing it as boiler room sales, which it isn't like any more. External hires make changes back to what they have been previously leading to a repetitive cycle.

Overall experience is good. Solid culture, good product. Leadership is really team dependent, some managers are great and some are not good at all. Comp is pretty lacking.
