My overall experience here has been very poor. The commission structure is not motivating, paths to promotion are not clear, but the flexibility it nice.

overall great place to work. High growth expectations over the next few years. Offices are great, good culture, and management seems to be aligned. For the average deal sizes, the OTE is pretty good.
