Better when I started, constant changes in company vision leads to a confusing work structure. High attrition of staff and clients leads to instability and a sense of fear in the office. Ended up laying most people off after I left. Would recommend anyone to think about an offer from Otter and make sure you get a good base as they will not raise it whilst you work there.

Very unorganized sales structure. Targets are raised without giving AE's the resources to meet them. Commission is often payed out inaccurately and it is up to employees to correct it. Managers do their best but leadership does not provide them with enough support. Total lack of transparency and a lot of false promises, no clear pathway to a promotion.
